What We Do
GROWING WITH YOUTH OVER TIME
As a youth development organization, we work with more than 2,500 youth every year in after-school and summer programs and at DREAM Charter School. Our mission is to level the field by empowering all children to recognize their potential and realize their dreams.
Formerly known as Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School, we have come under one name — DREAM — in 2017.
It’s a new name, but the same game.
Imagine there were no word for limit.
Do you know how many of us would already be in the sky? Introducing “Imagine,” a DREAM story on film.

DREAM Charter School develops life-long learners who make positive change in their communities and the world.
PRE-K
Our youngest scholars spend time in child-centered developmental programs to grow their socio-emotional and cognitive skills. Little DREAMERS are prepared for kindergarten with a strong foundation to succeed in elementary school.
ELEMENTARY
Elementary youth in grades K-5 work in classrooms with two teachers in every class and receive extensive support. With this structure, scholars at all levels are able to learn and thrive in a positive environment.
MIDDLE SCHOOL
Middle school scholars in grades 6-8 deeply engage in curricula with subject-based instructors while preparing to enter highly competitive college and career-ready high schools.
HIGH SCHOOL
In 2017, DREAM Charter High School opened the doors to its founding class of ninth grade scholars and will grow one grade per year. DREAM High School will prepare scholars for colleges and careers, ensuring success and readiness for their futures
